  • Reinvention Lab is a leadership transformation experience built for senior executives navigating high-stakes change. This program helps you break old patterns, rethink leadership in the AI era, and turn uncertainty into an edge—all in a small, curated circle of peers who truly understand your challenges.

  • The program runs for 3 months and includes:

    ✔ Two live 60-minute virtual lab sessions per month (+ optional 30-minute networking & Q&A)

    ✔ Weekly peer accountability check-ins

    ✔ 24/7 Slack community access

    ✔ Exclusive resource library with leadership frameworks and tools

    Expect to spend 2-4 hours per week applying insights and engaging with your cohort for maximum impact.

  • Each cohort is limited to 10 executives to ensure deep discussions and strong peer connections. Unlike a webinar, this is an immersive, high-touch experience where you’ll be seen, heard, and supported.

  • The program is designed for senior executives, however the May cohort is specifically supporting CMOs and VPs of Marketing. Future cohorts will support other C-suite members and senior executives.
